Presented by local aging experts, this program offers tips and strategies for caregivers to address the complex care challenges of Alzheimer’s and dementia.  Attendees will gain insight from real-life experiences, learn about legal planning, transitions of care, and leave feeling informed, inspired, and empowered to manage care now, or in the future.
